What's included in the free preview?
Your campaign idea, a proposed box design and insert message, a follow-up plan for your team, and a launch quote. You review the proposal before deciding whether to order.
What becomes paid?
The physical coffee campaign becomes paid when you approve the scope and price and place your order. The preview is free, with no subscription or obligation to buy. Your quote will set out what's included and the total price.
How many boxes do I need to order?
Paid campaigns start at 100 boxes. We can propose a campaign for 100, 250, 500, 1,000 or more recipients. If you're unsure of the right quantity, choose “Help me decide” in the brief.
Do you need my contact list now?
No. One or two examples of your ideal customers are enough for the preview: an industry, role or company. We confirm the recipient list and addresses when you choose to launch.
Will my customers receive the same box I did?
The sample shows what we can create for your brand. Your outbound campaign gets a design, message and response destination built for its audience. You'll review those before production.
Who handles follow-up and replies?
We propose the messages and timing. Your team follows up, handles replies and books conversations with interested customers. The coffee gives you a personal opening.
Do I have to book a call?
